Cullers is no-nonsense, direct, gruff, and exacting. The incredibly high standards he holds himself to are expected of others. He has been known to use harsh language while off-duty but is the consummate professional on-duty.

Personal History		Born in Deer Lodge, Tennessee, Earth, Cullers is a former Marine who served during the Dominion War. He was considered an expert with explosive ordnance and was part of several different battalions during his time as a marine. Toward the end of the Dominion War, he was gravely wounded when attempting to disarm an unexploded mortar. The explosion removed part of his skull and a portion of his brain but he survived. After years of surgical procedures and rehabilitation, he return to Starfleet--but rejoined as an engineering technician following a two-year course at the Starfleet Academy Annex. Following completion of his course, he was assigned to the USS Washington as an Engineering Technician.
